Artlab: A Multidisciplinary Critique

Calling all creatives! Artlab is a recurring, free event at Snowy Owl Arts + Tea House that invites artists of all disciplines to share their work, spark inspiration, and engage in meaningful critique. Whether you’re an emerging artist or an experienced creator, Artlab offers a supportive space for exploration and growth.

What to Expect

• Open Critique: Artists from any medium—painting, sculpture, writing, performance, digital art, and beyond—are welcome to present their work for feedback.
• Engage or Observe: Not ready to share? No problem! Join us as a spectator to soak in the creative energy, learn from others, and see how Artlab works before you dive in.

How to Participate

If you’d like to share your work:

1. Bring Your Art: Come prepared with a piece you’re working on. Need specialized equipment (e.g., speakers, a laptop)? Bring that too.
2. Share Your Vision: Be ready to give the group a quick overview of your work—your inspiration, the process, and what you’re aiming for. To get the most out of your critique, consider preparing one or two specific questions for the group.
3. Receive Feedback: Expect honest, constructive, and collaborative feedback. This is a space for idea generation, problem-solving, and growing your craft.
